要知道氢氧化钠的误区!

  氢氧化钠化学式为NaOH,俗称烧碱、烧碱、烧碱,是一种腐蚀性强的碱,一般呈片状或块状,溶于水(溶于水溶液),形成碱性溶液。它还能潮解,从空气中吸收水蒸气(潮解)和二氧化碳(变质)。

  The chemical formula of sodium hydroxide is NaOH, commonly known as caustic soda, caustic soda and caustic soda. It also deliquesces, absorbing water vapor (deliquescence) and carbon dioxide (metamorphism) from the air.

氢氧化钾
  养猪场通常不计算所需的烧碱的量,也不称烧碱的量。他们随意添加苛性钠。
  Pig farms usually do not calculate the amount of caustic soda needed, nor is it called the amount of caustic soda. They add caustic soda at will.
  正确操作:仔细计算池中烧碱的量。例如,在6米*3米*0.2米深的烧碱罐中,必须添加多少烧碱才能达到2%的浓度?
  Correct operation: carefully calculate the amount of caustic soda in the disinfection tank. For example, in a 6 m * 3 m * 0.2 m deep caustic soda tank, how much caustic soda must be added to achieve a 2% concentration?
  水量:6×3×0.2=3.6m3, 3600kg×2%=72kg,只需加入烧碱72kg即可达到所需浓度的铁锹25 kg,不够!
  Water volume: 6 × 3 × 0.2 = 3.6m3, 3600kg × 2% = 72kg, just add 72kg caustic soda to reach the required concentration of 25 kg spade, not enough!
  如果水箱是不规则的,每分钟的水流可以乘以它被加入的时间来计算总水量,然后是需要的氢氧化钠的量。
  If the tank is irregular, the water flow per minute can be multiplied by the time it is added to calculate the total water volume, and then the amount of sodium hydroxide required.

  It is easy to be affected by organic matters. Mud on tires and pig manure on boots will affect the disinfection effect. After cleaning, it will be put into the disinfection pool.
