The temperature of potassium hydroxide is determined by the cooling water flow of the steam drum and the rotating speed of the steam drum. The volume of circulating water, the temperature of circulating water, whether the nozzle in the barrel is blocked and whether the barrel is scaling directly affect the product temperature and seriously affect the uniformity of mechanical blanking temperature. After cleaning the nozzle, clean the scale in the barrel, increase the volume of circulating water and reduce the product temperature from 63c-66c to 58c. The caking phenomenon can be reduced by reducing the blanking temperature.
